6/6/10 8/15/10 Hello and Welcome to the Charter Democracy Force web site (www.charterdemocracyforce.ca)   Created early in the initiatives of frankly1 during his 5 year trek for justice that began 6/30/05 that concluded with the irrefutable proof there is no such thing predictable of government organized crime that investigates itself. Not one to just shuck my arms in the air having retired at the end of August 2004 from the City of Toronto with unfinished business there I set out to do the obvious right thing for a retired person having quite a bit of experience in this kind of thing using the progressive nature of thought and reason from the ground up set about the task of collecting the prerequisite evidence leaving no stone unturned in search of physical and documentary evidence as routinely did in my 40 year career in Legal Land Surveying though knowing this project would take much longer than any tasked before I am somewhat taken aback at how long it took me to do such a simple thing as to set up the Canadian governments for the take down. Now it is a simple matter of just getting the TRUTH to the people who assuredly know all governments are corrupt, but not aware that there is a simple and direct path to the eradication of the Spirit of the Roman Empire that possesses the minds of the hierarchy of State and Church that have caused the Struggle of Humankind for millenniums thriving off the symptoms of the woes of the 90% majority that at long last Poverty will soon be history and by no means due the help of Bottom Feeder Piranha such as Make Poverty History, Democracy Watch, World Bank, Transparency International ... you name them and let us not forget the Oil conglomerates and the media conglomerates that aid and abet them ... hardly would be successful without them and the hierarchy of the police like the RCMP thoroughly documented and in fact they were and are quite cooperative perhaps not knowing any better as it is prerequisite for the higher positions to trade in common sense that they learn early in their career that the law has nothing to do with common sense as York Regional Police Inspector Michael Fleming informed and will testify once he has a feeling the people are now scrutinizing these serious issues as will all others fall into line now in fear of the Law being the secret when obviously they do not fear God nor the illegitimate laws of the government as they are advised right from the asses mouths in such controversial issues as government organized crime. The asses I refer to are the Department of Justice "DOJ", the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada and the Ontario  Attorney General both having precedence 1 & 2 respectively as benchers with the Law Society of Upper Canada while chief advisers of their respective governments while the Ontario Attorney General administers the Law Society Act, however not accountable to the provisions under the Act appoints the Chair and four others selecting five more from a list provided by the Law Society having the entire system well fixed to ransack and protect them from the 90% majority while responsible as the "guardian of the public interest" with conflict of interest just another word they use like Lobbyism legitimizing Bribery in their NO 2 TIER system that assuredly is three with two "Thresholds". 10 80 10 Proof  The Charter Democracy Force is the bottom rung of the New Evolving World Structure of The Spirit - The Force - The Law with the Executive of the world populace  scheduled to be up and running January 1 2013 that though seemingly quick with legitimate persons in, of and with The Spirit - The Force efficiency and effectiveness will begin to accelerate after the Major Over Haul Party deals with the priorities assigned them as we reach out to the sane of the world populace that have kept their heads though the majority has lost theirs as reality attests. Gag orders will not stop them now and simply everything will be used against all who dare to obstruct The Spirit - The Force in, of and with The Spirit - The Law Continue to spread the word please and by all means go to Free Richard Fine not only see why government personnel fear doing the right thing, but to sign the Richard Fine petition to get him out of jail having been there in solitary confinement for 16 months for exposing government corruption was called to the Bar and not for a social drink. It seems they frown on traitors to their conspiracy.
